Four advisors to the interim government have signed a condolence book expressing deep shock over the death of Begum Khaleda Zia

Four advisors to the interim government have signed a condolence book expressing deep shock over the death of former Prime Minister of Bangladesh and BNP Chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia.

On Tuesday (30 December 2025) night, Legal Advisor Dr. Asif Nazrul, Cultural Advisor Mostafa Sarwar Farooqui and National Security Advisor Dr. Khalilur Rahman signed the condolence book at the BNP Chairperson’s office in Gulshan, the capital.

BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir was present at the time. By signing the condolence book, the advisors sought forgiveness for the departed soul of Begum Khaleda Zia and expressed their condolences to the bereaved family.

Later, Fisheries and Livestock Advisor Farida Akhtar also expressed her respect and condolences by signing the condolence book at the same place.
