NRB Bank Plc. successfully completed its 13th year of operations on 04 August 2026. On this occasion, the Chairman of the Bank, Mr. Iqbal Ahmed OBE DBA, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Tarek Riaz Khan and the Directors celebrated the 13th anniversary of the establishment by cutting a cake at a function organized at the Bank’s head office on Thursday (August 13, 2026).
At this time, he expressed his gratitude and appreciation to all the customers, shareholders, regulatory bodies and all the officers for standing by the Bank throughout this long journey and said to everyone, we are committed to providing modern technology-based banking services and will implement it by transforming it into a fully digital banking system within the next 2 years.
Among others, the Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Bank, Mr. Md. Kamrul Islam Chowdhury, Chairman of the Audit Committee, Ms. Minhaj Shahid, FCA, Chairman of the Risk Management Committee, Mr. Sheikh Md. Selim, Independent Directors Ferdous Ara Begum, Professor Sharif Nurul Ahkam and Mr. S. K. Matiur Rahman were present at the function.
