The project titled “Cooperation in the Field of Migration: Reintegration of Women Migrants” funded by the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Affairs was officially inaugurated in Dhaka on Sunday (August 10).

The project aims to rehabilitate vulnerable female migrant workers with dignity in society and the economy. Through this, initiatives have been taken to reduce social stigma, increase mental well-being, ensure access to social protection, provide economic empowerment and build sustainable community networks.
The inaugural ceremony was held at the Technical Teachers Training Institute (DTTTI) in Dhaka, which was organized in collaboration with the Bureau of Manpower, Employment and Training (BMET).
Bangladesh Nari Sramik Kendra (BNSK) will implement the project in four districts – Narayanganj, Jessore, Dhaka and Khulna.
