Two-day Passenger Service and Facilitation Course Held at Cox’s Bazar Airport

A two-day Passenger Service and Facilitation Course was successfully held at Cox’s Bazar Airport under the supervision of the Civil Aviation Academy with the aim of improving the quality of passenger service and ensuring service in accordance with international standards.

This training program, organized by Bebichak, was held at the Cox’s Bazar Airport Training Center on 17 and 18 December 2025. Officers and employees of various levels of the airport participated in it.

The training provided theoretical and practical guidance on improving the quality of passenger service, airport security, facilitation activities, providing services to passengers with special needs and ensuring passenger satisfaction. Special emphasis was placed on providing passenger-friendly services following the standards of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).

Certificates were distributed among the participants at the end of the training.
