Shahid Uddin Chowdhury Annie, Member of Parliament from Lakshmipur-3 (Sadar) constituency and Joint Secretary General of BNP, has taken oath as the full Minister of Water Resources.
He took oath at a formal ceremony organized at the South Plaza of the Jatiya Sangsad Bhaban in the capital, Sher-e-Bangla Nagar on Tuesday (February 17, 2026). High-ranking state officials, leaders of various political parties, diplomats, representatives of civil society and invited guests were present at the ceremony.
