Renowned writer, strategic trainer, and central bank official Nazmul Huda has been honored with the TFA Excellence Award in recognition of his outstanding contributions to social transformation, youth empowerment, and inspiring initiatives throughout the year.
The award was presented at a gala program held at Gulshan Club, Dhaka, jointly organized by Global Centre of Excellence LLC, New York, USA, and the Trainers and Facilitators Alliance (TFA) Bangladesh.
The organizers noted that the TFA Excellence Award recognizes individuals who have demonstrated exceptional commitment to professional excellence, leadership development, and positive social impact.
The event was attended by leading business executives, trainers, academicians, and distinguished professionals from various sectors. Among the guests of honor were Syed Ershadul Ahmed, President of the America Chamber of Commerce in Bangladesh, and Ms. Nurun Nahar, Deputy Governor of Bangladesh Bank. They commended Nazmul Huda for his dedication to empowering professionals and young leaders through training, mentoring, and inspiration.
Nazmul Huda is widely recognized for his impactful speeches, insightful writings, and extensive training programs on career development, organizational excellence, leadership skills, negotiation, and personal effectiveness. Throughout his professional journey, he has successfully conducted numerous training programs and served as a resource person at more than 50 seminars, conferences, and summits organized by universities, financial institutions, pharmaceutical companies, NGOs, and professional organizations.
Alongside his professional role as Joint Director at Bangladesh Bank, he also serves as Secretary General of ODHIKOSH, a literary organization for Bangladesh Bank officials; Executive Chairman of SWAPNOSHILON, a social development organization; and Chief Coordinator of SAHOSHIKA, a women’s entrepreneurship development initiative.
He previously served as Chairman of the Bangladesh Youth Organization for Skill Development (BYOSD) and Advisory Chairman of the National Debate Federation Bangladesh (NDF BD).
