Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed between Bangladesh Air Force and Bangladesh Open University

With the aim of building a modern and up-to-date Air Force, the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for ‘HSC (Nish-1) Program’ for Airmen was renewed between Bangladesh Air Force and Bangladesh Open University on Wednesday (07 May, 2025) at the Air Force Headquarters. It is to be noted that this special MoU was signed between Bangladesh Air Force and Bangladesh Open University on 03 December 2014 to provide an opportunity for Airmen to complete HSC.

On behalf of Bangladesh Air Force, Director, Directorate of Education Air Commodore Abul Fazal Muhammad Atiquzzaman, BSP, GUP, NDC, PSC and on behalf of Bangladesh Open University, Registrar Dr. Maha Shafiqul Alam signed the MoU. Pro-Vice-Chancellor of Bangladesh Open University Dr. Dil Rawshan Jinnat Ara Nazneen (Education) and officials of Bangladesh Air Force and Bangladesh Open University were present.

Bangladesh Open University, as a renowned university, has been playing a very important role in the education sector of Bangladesh. This MoU signed between Bangladesh Air Force and Bangladesh Open University is a significant milestone. As a result, the door of cooperation between Bangladesh Air Force and Bangladesh Open University in the field of education has been further expanded.
