InterContinental Dhaka, in collaboration with Bengal Meat, has launched its first-ever unlimited steak festival, “Meats & Beats Unlimited”, offering a unique gastronomic experience for meat lovers. The event kicked off on Wednesday (15 October 2025) at the hotel’s signature steakhouse, The Amber Room.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by distinguished guests including Mr. Lulzim PLLANA, Ambassador of the Republic of Kosovo; Mr. Haji Haris bin Haji Othman, High Commissioner of Brunei Darussalam; Mr. Muhammad Wasif, Deputy High Commissioner of Pakistan; Mr. Mohammad Mozammal Hoque, Company Secretary of Bangladesh Services Ltd. and Joint Secretary, Ministry of Civil Aviation and Tourism; Mr. A.F.M. Asif, CEO of Bengal Meat; and Mr. Kaidul Arefin, Senior Relationship Executive of bKash. From InterContinental Dhaka, Mr. David O’Hanlon, General Manager; Mr. Olivier Loreaux, Director of Food & Beverage; Mr. Rezwan Maruf, Director of Sales & Marketing; Mr. Saadman Salahuddin, Director of Marketing; Mr. Julean Sitol Botlero, Executive Chef, and other hotel team members were present, alongside partners and media representatives.
Running from 16 to 25 October 2025, the festival features a lavish spread of premium steaks including beef tenderloin, rib-eye, prime ribs, T-bone, brochette, and brisket, served with a variety of sauces such as Hollandaise, Mushroom, Pepper, BBQ, and Chimichurri. Guests can also enjoy sides like jacket potato, Yorkshire pudding, mashed potato, steamed vegetables, saffron rice, along with cold cuts, salads, soups, desserts, and fresh fruits. Every evening, live music performances will enhance the dining experience.
