Norway made history by defeating five-time world champions Brazil 2-1 with a brilliant brace from Erling Haaland. The European team has made it to the quarter-finals of the FIFA World Cup for the first time. At the same time, Brazil failed to pass the last 16 barrier of the World Cup for the first time since 1990.
Despite playing aggressive football from the start in the match held at MetLife Stadium, Brazil failed to score a goal.
