The prestigious GolfHouse Corporate Cup 2024 concluded successfully at the Kurmitola Golf Club, Dhaka Cantonment, on Friday, 15 November 2024. The event, spanning three days, witnessed an impressive participation of around 700 golfers, including international players, showcasing the global appeal of the tournament.
The third and final day began with an inaugural tee-off by the Chief of Army Staff of the Bangladesh Army, General Waker Uz Zaman, who also graced the closing ceremony as the chief guest. The prize distribution ceremony was held at the club’s Banquet Hall, where General Waker Uz Zaman handed over the awards to the winners across five categories: Senior, Junior, Regular, Ladies, and Veteran.
The tournament celebrated not only the love for golf but also the spirit of camaraderie and sportsmanship among participants and attendees. It was a grand occasion that brought together golfing enthusiasts from diverse backgrounds, contributing to the promotion of golf in Bangladesh.
