Chinese company October4128 (BD) Ltd. is going to set up a high-quality garment manufacturing factory in the BEPZA Economic Zone (BEPZA EZ) located in Mirsarai, Chittagong. To this end, an agreement was signed between the Bangladesh Export Processing Zones Authority (BEPZA) and the company on Thursday (October 16, 2025).

The factory will be set up with an investment of US $ 19.72 million (about Tk 221 crore) in this project, which will create employment for 2,788 Bangladeshi citizens.
