BSCL holds training workshop to create a positive work environment

A half-day workshop titled “Building Better Bonds: Positive Relationships for a Productive Workplace” was held among all levels of Bangladesh Satellite Company Limited (BSCL) officials to create a disciplined, vibrant, inclusive, productive and progressive work environment.

The workshop was organized on Sunday (July 13, 2025) from 9 am to 1 pm at the BSCL head office meeting room. The training was provided by BSCL General Manager (Administration and Procurement) Mr. Golam Sarwar.

He also emphasized on increasing the overall efficiency of the organization by creating an environment of coordination and cooperation in the workplace.

Along with the officials of the head office, the officials of the Bangladesh Satellite-1 (BS-1) Ground Station and Betbunia Ground Station located in Gazipur participated in this workshop by joining the online platform.
