Bilkis Jahan Rimi has joined as Secretary of the Department of Posts and Telecommunications. On Sunday (April 19, 2026), she formally submitted her joining letter to Fakir Mahbub Anam, Minister of Posts, Telecommunications and Information Technology and Science and Technology, at the Secretariat in the Minister’s Office of the Department of Posts and Telecommunications. Bilkis Jahan Rimi was transferred from the Ministry of Textiles and Jute and posted as Secretary of the Department of Posts and Telecommunications through a notification issued by the Ministry of Public Administration on April 15.
