On Wednesday (October 15, 2025), Bangladesh Ambassador to Germany Mohammad Zulkarnain inaugurated the book stall of Bangladesh National Book Center at the International Frankfurt Book Fair. Director of the National Book Center, writer Afsana Begum, and Advisor to the Ministry of Cultural Affairs, Professor Faizul Latif Chowdhury, were also present. The book fair will last for five days.
A seminar has been organized by the National Book Center at 12 noon on Saturday, October 18, in which the keynote speaker will be Professor Dr. Naomi Hossain of the University of London. More than two hundred books published from Bangladesh are being displayed at the book fair.
