Australian High Commissioner’s Appreciation: BRAC’s Significant Contribution to Development Success

Dhaka: Australian High Commissioner Susan Ryle has praised BRAC for its significant role in Bangladesh’s development success. She expressed her appreciation to BRAC’s Executive Director, Asif Saleh, acknowledging BRAC’s longstanding efforts in key areas such as human rights, social empowerment, education, health, livelihoods, environment, and disaster preparedness in Bangladesh.

Through the Strategic Partnership Arrangement (SPA), Australia has been working collaboratively with BRAC. Under this partnership, BRAC is implementing transformative programs that positively impact various communities across Bangladesh. These initiatives encompass human rights development, education expansion, healthcare services, livelihood improvements, environmental conservation, and disaster preparedness.
