Cox’s Bazar and Jessore Cantonments organized Iftar and Doa Mahfil in honor of those injured in the July Uprising

Iftar and Doa Mahfil were held in honor of the students injured in the July Uprising at the initiative of the Bangladesh Army in Cox’s Bazar and Jessore Cantonments.

On March 24, 2025, the Iftar Mahfil organized by the 10th Infantry Division and Cox’s Bazar Area at the Jhilonja Army Camp in Cox’s Bazar Sadar was attended by the GOC 10th Infantry Division and Area Commander, Cox’s Bazar Area, Major General Mohammad Asadullah Minhajul Alam, NDU, PSC, PhD, NDU, PSC, PhD.

In addition, another Iftar Mahfil was held at the Jessore Cantonment on March 25, 2025, at the initiative of the 55th Infantry Division and Jessore Area. The chief guest at the Iftar Mahfil was Major General J M Imdadul Islam, ndc, afwc, psc, mphil, GOC 55 Infantry Division and Area Commander, Jessore Area.

The Bangladesh Army reiterates its commitment to provide medical assistance to those injured in the July uprising and to stand by them.
