On Saturday (March 15, 2025) the Chief of Army Staff General Waker-Uz-Zaman, SBP, OSP, SGP, psc paid a courtesy call on to UN Secretary-General António Guterres.
During the cordial meeting, they exchanged greetings. Additionally, the UN Secretary-General praised the professionalism and competence of the Bangladesh Armed Forces in UN peacekeeping missions and expressed his sincere gratitude for the significant contributions of the peacekeepers of Bangladesh.
