South Korean Ambassador holds exchange meeting with BCI

On Wednesday (26 February, 2025) at 11:00 AM, a fruitful meeting was held at the Bangladesh Chamber of Industries (BCI) office with the South Korean Ambassador to Bangladesh, Park Yong-sik, at the invitation of BCI. The meeting focused on discussing various matters of mutual interest between the two countries.

The meeting was chaired by the President of BCI, Anwar-ul-Alam Chowdhury (Parvez). The discussions emphasized increasing collaboration in the industrial and business sectors, with particular focus on mutual interests between Bangladesh and South Korea.

BCI officials, including Senior Vice President Preeti Chakraborty, Director Chaitanya Kumar De (Chayan), and Zeyad Rahman, delivered speeches. Additionally, the Acting President of the Bangladesh Ceramic Manufacturers and Exporters Association (BCMEA), Mainul Islam, also shared his views.

The General Secretary of BCI highlighted the potential areas for joint collaboration between Bangladesh and South Korea.

Also present at the meeting were BCI Directors Shahidul Islam Niru, Zia Haider Mithu, Jahangir Alam, Mahfuzur Rahman, and other BCI members.
