The Chief Advisor signed the inaugural envelope of ‘Youth Festival 2025’

Chief Adviser Professor Muhammad Yunus signed the opening envelope of the ‘Youth Festival 2025’ organized by the Ministry of Youth and Sports and under the overall supervision of the Chief Adviser’s office, keeping the slogan ‘Eso Desh Badlai, Prithibh Badlai’ in front.

The event was held on Monday (December 30, 2024) at the Rashtriya Basabhan Yamuna.

Youth and sports adviser Asif Mahmud Sajib Bhuiyan, information adviser Nahid Islam and many others were present.

It may be noted that the youth festival program has started from December 30 as part of the program announced by the Ministry of Youth and Sports. This program will continue till February 19, 2025.

The Youth Festival in collaboration with BPL 2025 will work to promote the sport among the youth through various community engagements. These will include local sports tournaments and community cricket clinics for youngsters, which will help them improve their participation and skills.

Various fan zones will have traditional food stalls. This will promote the introduction of regional cuisine and local businesses, which will highlight the country’s cultural heritage. Art exhibitions will be organized in fan zones to showcase the creativity of local artists. It will allow many artists to connect with the local community and at the same time celebrate traditional and modern art.
Various volunteer teams including local people and school organizations will keep the stadiums clean by carrying out cleaning operations before and after the matches.
