Fisheries and Livestock and Agriculture Minister Mohammad Amin Ur Rashid said that there is no alternative to working responsibly, honestly, sincerely and in a coordinated manner to meet the expectations of the people. It is possible to bring positive changes in society through the sincerity, accountability and practice of good governance by those responsible at every level of the government and administration.
He said these things while exchanging post-Eid greetings with officials at the conference room of the Ministry of Fisheries and Livestock this Monday (June 1, 2026) afternoon.
The minister said that the officials and employees of the administration are engaged in state responsibilities for a long time. Their role in implementing national decisions, policymaking and improving the quality of public services is very important. If a person himself is honest and responsible, his positive impact is reflected in the work environment and society.
Stating that the head of the government is aware of the overall activities of the country, the minister said that there is no alternative to transparency, accountability and sincerity in discharging his duties. He also said that the government is giving importance to reducing unnecessary expenses in administrative activities, ensuring transparency in plan implementation and effective decision-making. He mentioned the recent initiative to reduce unnecessary expenses through various project reviews.
State Minister for Fisheries and Livestock Sultan Salahuddin Tuku said that officials have to work responsibly from their respective positions and there is no room for any negligence. They have to perform their duties with honesty and efficiency to meet the expectations of the people. He stressed that officials should not be involved in any way in any activities that could harm the state.
