Leso Solar and Zero Technology start their journey in Bangladesh through Greenery Energy Solutions

The world-renowned ‘Lesso Solar’ and ‘Zero Technology HVAC’ systems have started their journey in Bangladesh, ushering in a new chapter in the sustainable and renewable energy sector. The official launch of these two companies was held at a grand ceremony at the Radisson Blu Water Garden Hotel in the capital on Saturday (May 2, 2026). The exclusive distribution partner of these two companies in Bangladesh is Greenery Energy Solutions Limited.

Minister for Power, Energy and Mineral Resources Iqbal Hasan Mahmud was present as the chief guest at the event. Whip of the National Assembly Ruhul Quddus Talukder Dulu was present as the special guest. Other special guests included BGMEA Senior Vice President Shahidul Islam, BGAPMEA President Al Shahriar Ahmed, BGBA President Md. Abdul Hamid Pintu, Chairman of Rashid Group M. Kafil Uddin, Director of Rose Group Sanjoy Kumar and entrepreneur Emdad Uddin.

Renowned industrial entrepreneur, Director of DBC Channel and popular social worker Salauddin Chowdhury and Managing Director of Stylish Garments Maksuda Chowdhury were present as guests of honor at the event. They said that such initiatives will play a special role in meeting the power shortage in the country. They expressed hope that the government will take necessary steps and cooperate in this regard. They also commented that an environment-friendly renewable energy system will be ensured in line with the world.

Greenery Energy Solutions Limited is basically a subsidiary of the country’s renowned Livenza Group, which has been successfully operating business in garment accessories, electric vehicles, automobiles, medical accessories, solar and AC for the last 25 years. Currently, the company has been responsible for the sole ‘National Exclusive Distributor’ of Leso Solar in Bangladesh.

Meanwhile, Zero Technology, founded in 2013, is a global HVAC solutions provider with over 1,000 successful projects in over 130 countries. Its VRF, ventilation and control systems for residential and industrial sectors are recognized as energy-efficient air conditioning solutions worldwide.

Leso Solar, founded in 2022, is a manufacturer of solar panels, inverters and energy storage systems and a provider of integrated solar energy solutions. Its sales and service network is extensive in various regions including Asia, Europe, America, Africa and the Middle East. Through advanced technology and customized solutions, they provide reliable and energy-efficient solar power systems from residential to large commercial projects.

Minister of Power, Energy and Mineral Resources Iqbal Hasan Mahmud said, “There is no alternative to renewable energy to build a sustainable energy sector. However, long-term planning and transparency are essential in the country’s energy sector, which has also gained importance in the BNP’s vision. The arrival of international-standard organizations like Leso Solar and Zero Technology is a very timely initiative. We believe that a sustainable, affordable and accountable energy system will be the mainstay of Bangladesh’s progress in the future.”

National Assembly Whip Ruhul Quddus Talukder Dulu said, “The arrival of such organizations and technologies in the country is a positive initiative. Everyone has to work together for the sake of development and energy security, while the government has to ensure transparency and equal opportunities.”

Speaking at the event, Sanjid Shahnur, Managing Director of Greenery Energy Solutions Limited, said, “By capitalizing on the 25-year business heritage of Livenza Group and the international experience of Greenery Energy Solutions, we want to bring a sustainable change in the energy sector of Bangladesh. We are proud that we are the first to bring world-class innovative solutions like LESO and ZERO Technology to Bangladesh.”

He added, “Our goal is not just to supply products; rather, through the use of advanced technology, we aim to reduce the electricity consumption of the country’s industrial and commercial buildings, making them more profitable and environmentally friendly. Our solar and smart HVAC solutions will play a groundbreaking role in ensuring the sustainable growth of the garment and textile sectors in Bangladesh. We believe that this expansion of renewable energy will play a leading role in ensuring the country’s energy security and reducing carbon emissions.”
