Civil Aviation and Tourism Minister Afroza Khanam attended the Indian High Commission’s Iftar

Civil Aviation and Tourism Minister Afroza Khanam (Rita) attended the Indian High Commission’s Iftar program organized in Dhaka at the invitation of Indian High Commissioner to Bangladesh Prannoy Kumar Verma.

The Iftar program was organized by the Indian High Commission in Bangladesh at the Intercontinental Dhaka Hotel in the capital on Saturday (March 7, 2026).

Indian High Commissioner Prannoy Kumar Verma and his wife Manu Verma welcomed Minister Afroza Khanam at the program. At the time, they congratulated the minister on assuming the charge of the Ministry of Civil Aviation and Tourism.

Diplomats, representatives of diplomatic missions and dignitaries from various countries working in Bangladesh were present at the Iftar program.
