The use of polythene bags and single-use plastic has been completely banned in this year’s fair to protect the environment. As an alternative, eco-friendly shopping bags will be provided by the Ministry of Textiles and Jute.

According to the layout plan of the fair, 324 pavilions, stalls and restaurants of various categories including domestic and foreign organizations have been allocated.
