US Embassy Commercial Counselor Visits AmCham Office

US Embassy Commercial Counselor Mr. Paul Frost visited the American Chamber of Commerce in Bangladesh (AmCham) office on Tuesday (September 9, 2025). During this time, he paid a courtesy call on AmCham President Mr. Syed Ershad Ahmed.

During the meeting, AmCham President Mr. Ahmed briefed Mr. Frost on the organization’s history, recent influential activities, and ongoing dialogue with the interim government.

Mr. Frost pledged to strengthen support for AmCham members, increase US investment in Bangladesh, and further strengthen US-Bangladesh economic relations. Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to jointly create a favorable investment environment.

During this time, US Embassy Commercial Specialist Mr. Abir Barua and AmCham Executive Director Mr. Chowdhury Kaiser Mohammad Riyad was present.
