UAE Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister’s Telephone Call: Commitment to Protecting Expatriates Reaffirmed

UAE Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan separately telephoned Foreign Minister Dr. Khalilur Rahman.

He informed that all necessary measures have been taken to ensure the safety and security of Bangladeshi citizens living in the UAE in the context of the ongoing crisis. He described Bangladeshi immigrants as hard-working and law-abiding and praised their contribution to the country’s economy.

Expressing deep regret over the casualties of Bangladeshi citizens in the recent clashes, he highlighted his country’s firm stance on ensuring the safety of civilians.
