Transparency and accountability must be ensured in the development of the textile sector: Jute advisor

Adviser on Textiles and Jute and Shipping Brig.-Gen. Dr. M Sakhawat Hossain (Retd.) said, transparency and accountability should be ensured to play a role in the development of textile sector.

He said that no one should have difficulty in getting institutional services. Work will be done to eliminate the problems that exist in the institutions.

M Sakhawat Hossain said these things in an exchange meeting organized with officials after visiting the Bangladesh Weaving Board and Textile Directorate at Karwan Bazar in the capital on Tuesday (September 17, 2024).
