The ‘National Citizens Party’ officially announced its committee

The new political party ‘National Citizen Party’ has been officially launched. On Friday (February 28) at 6:30 PM, Akhtar Hossain, the newly appointed Member Secretary of the party, announced the partial committee at Manik Mia Avenue in the capital.

Earlier at 6:20 pm, Shaheed Md. Ismail Hasan Rabbi’s sister Mim Akhter announced the name of the new political party. She said, “Do you remember – on August 5, two sisters had their brother’s body on their shoulders; I am one of those two sisters. Such an incident has never happened in history. After the 2024 mass uprising, I am announcing the name of the political party led by the students and the public as ‘National Citizen Party’.”
