The Chargé d’Affaires of the Moroccan Embassy in Dhaka has given a special message in the ‘Special January, 2026 Edition’ of the “Business in Bangladesh Newsletter” on the occasion of the English New Year.

As we welcome the New Year, I am pleased to extend my warm greetings to the Editor Mohammad Shajibul-Al-Rajib, all the staff of Business in Bangladesh, and to the people of Bangladesh.

The friendship between Morocco and Bangladesh has grown steadily over the years, and 2026 offers new opportunities to deepen our cooperation.

We look forward to expanding our partnership in areas such as trade, investment, tourism, and cultural exchange.

Morocco values the energy and potential of Bangladesh’s economy, and the Embassy remains committed to supporting closer ties between our business communities.

I would also like to acknowledge the important role Business in Bangladesh plays in promoting dialogue and highlighting opportunities for collaboration.

Wishing everyone a peaceful, successful, and prosperous New Year.
