During the holy month of Ramadan, The Westin Dhaka and Sheraton Dhaka have announced a month-long special Ramadan buffet. It will feature a feast of traditional local, Mediterranean, Arabic and subcontinental delicacies. Internationally experienced chefs Rimon Obaid, Swapan Rosario, Ahmet Güler and Sayit Dursan are responsible for organizing the special Ramadan of these two hotels in collaboration with Bank Asia.
The Westin Dhaka’s Seasonal Tastes will feature dishes such as Dhakaiya Hadi Gosht, Oxtail Stew, Premium Lamb Shank, Arabic Kabsa and sweet items such as Turkish Tulumba, Pistachio Baklava and Live Kunafa.
On the other hand, The Garden Kitchen at Sheraton Dhaka will feature Peshawari Gour Noli Nehari, various Turkish Kebabs, Lamb Ouzi, Seafood Paella and traditional Kebabs of Old Dhaka, among other dishes. Sheraton’s signature dessert, Cold Milk Baklava, is also on the list.
A sumptuous buffet iftar and dinner will be available daily at the Westin Dhaka for Tk 11,990 and at the Sheraton Dhaka for Tk 12,990. In addition, a special buffet sahri will be served every Friday, Saturday and the night before public holidays at Seasonal Tastes and The Garden Kitchen. This sahri will be available at Tk 6,990 at The Westin and Tk 7,990 at the Sheraton Dhaka.
