Silent Procession and Prayer Held in Kaliakoir in Memory of the Martyrs of the July 24 Uprising Under the Leadership of Kazi Saiyedul Alam Babul

A silent procession and special prayer (Doa) were held in Kaliakoir on Friday, July 18, organized by the Kaliakoir Upazila and Municipality units of BNP, to commemorate the martyrs of the historic July 24 mass uprising.

The procession was led by Kazi Saiyedul Alam Babul, Organizing Secretary (Dhaka Division) of the BNP Central Executive Committee.

The program was presided over by Humayun Kabir Khan, Assistant Secretary for Labor Affairs of the BNP Central Executive Committee. Central Executive Committee Member Mojibur Rahman addressed the event as the chief speaker.

Former Senior Joint Convener Md. Saijuddin Ahmed coordinated and conducted the overall activities of the procession.
