The moon of the holy month of Shawwal of 1446 Hijri has been sighted in the sky of Bangladesh. As a result, Eid-ul-Fitr will be celebrated across the country tomorrow, Monday (March 31).
The announcement was made after a meeting of the moon-sighting committee at the Islamic Foundation meeting room at the National Mosque Baitul Mukarram on Sunday (March 30) evening. The meeting was presided over by Religious Advisor Dr. A. F. M. Khalid Hossain.
