Information and Broadcasting Advisor Md. Mahfuz Alam said, Shaheed Minar is a symbol of our resistance and victory. We started from here and we were able to celebrate victory only after coming here.
Today, Saturday (August 2, 2025), Mahfuz Alam said these things at the Central Shaheed Minar at the end of the July Revival Rally-2025, initiated by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting.
He said, ‘In the last stage of the July Uprising, teachers, social workers and cultural workers took to the streets to break the curfew and hold programs at Shaheed Minar, which greatly inspires us. In all aspects, Shaheed Minar is an accessory to our resistance and victory. It was from here that a phase one was officially announced on August 3.
The rally started from the Osmani Memorial Auditorium premises and ended at the Central Shaheed Minar.
