Prime Minister Tarique Rahman receives a warm welcome at Bhogra Bypass

Honorable Prime Minister Tarique Rahman was given a warm welcome by thousands of people at Bhogra Bypass in Gazipur during his visit to Tangail on the occasion of the auspicious inauguration of the Krishak Card distribution program.

On Tuesday (April 14, 2026) morning, local people, party leaders and activists and people from different classes and professions welcomed the Prime Minister by standing on both sides of the road. At this time, the entire area turned into a festive atmosphere.

MP Md. Mojibur Rahman, MP Manjurul Karim Roni, BNP National Executive Committee Member Dr. Mazharul Alam, Bason Thana BNP President Tanvir Siraj and General Secretary Monirul Islam were present at the reception.

Also present were BNP leader Ataur Rahman, Engineer Khandaker Azharul Islam, Alam Master Mafiqur Rahman Selim, Shariful Islam Selim, Faruk Ahmed, Mejbah Selim and a large number of leaders and activists of BNP and its affiliates.

In response to the reception, the Prime Minister expressed gratitude for the love and support of the people and expressed her determination to further accelerate the government’s ongoing initiatives for the welfare of farmers.
