Speaker of the National Assembly of Pakistan Sardar Ayaz Sadiq and Indian Foreign Minister S. Jaishankar met and exchanged greetings at the funeral of former Bangladesh Prime Minister and BNP Chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia in Dhaka on Wednesday (31 December 2025).
The two leaders held a brief conversation in the presence of diplomatic courtesy during the meeting, which took place on the eve of the funeral program.
