Pakistan High Commissioner pays courtesy call on Adviser Sheikh Bashir Uddin on Bilateral Trade

Pakistan High Commissioner to Bangladesh, Mr. Imran Haider, recently paid a courtesy call on Adviser on Commerce, Textiles and Jute, Civil Aviation and Tourism, Sheikh Bashir Uddin.

During the meeting, detailed discussions were held on further strengthening the existing bilateral cooperation between the two countries. The two sides exchanged views on the possibilities of increasing mutual cooperation in the trade, aviation and tourism sectors in particular.

Both sides acknowledged that there is a huge potential for increasing cooperation between Bangladesh and Pakistan in various sectors, which can be further developed through direct contacts and high-level exchanges between business entities.

During the discussions, both sides agreed to continue the current trend of progress and further expand the scope of bilateral trade and investment.
