Minister of Posts, Telecommunication and Information Technology and the Ministry of Science and Technology Fakir Mahbub Anam said that party leaders and activists must remain united and behave responsibly to maintain public trust.
The minister said that if any kind of misunderstanding or confusion arises, it should be resolved by discussing it among themselves. No decision should be taken influenced by rumors or the words of others.
The minister said these things at a program organized at the municipal branch office of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party in Dhanbari Upazila of Tangail on Saturday (March 21, 2026) to pray for the forgiveness of the soul of former Prime Minister Begum Khaleda Zia.
The minister said that the promises made during the elections will be implemented step by step and on a priority basis. He told the party leaders and activists that they must work together for the development of the area and the welfare of the people.
He expressed hope that with joint efforts, it will be possible to fulfill the expectations of the people and the development of the area will accelerate further.
Finally, the Minister extended Eid greetings to all present, including the countrymen, and wished peace and prosperity to all.
Local public representatives, political leaders, and dignitaries were present at the event.
