Maldives High Commission showcases cultural heritage at International Charity Bazaar in Dhaka

The Maldives High Commission in Bangladesh participated in the International Charity Bazaar 2025, organized by the Foreign Office Spouses Association (FOSA). The event, held at the Foreign Service Academy, featured an attractive display of traditional Maldivian handicrafts and cuisine.

The stalls featured a variety of traditional products made from the famous Maldivian lacquerware, along with a variety of traditional Maldivian cuisine.

Representatives of the High Commission and Maldivian expatriates living in Dhaka together showcased the culture, heritage, richness of crafts and unique cuisine of the Maldives to the visitors.

By participating in the event, the Maldives High Commission expressed its commitment to further strengthen the cultural bridge between the people of the two countries.
