Major General Ibrahim Hilmi, Chief of Defence Force of Maldives, visited the Maldives High Commission in Bangladesh. During the visit, he paid a courtesy call on the High Commissioner and diplomatic officials.
During the meeting, Major General Hilmi discussed various aspects of his visit and exchanged views on how the High Commission can be used to further strengthen Maldives-Bangladesh defence cooperation in the future.
Such discussions are considered significant in developing bilateral relations and enhancing mutual cooperation in the fields of security and defence.
