Kosovo Ambassador Pays Courtesy Call on Jamaat Ameer Dr. Shafiqur Rahman

The Honorable Ambassador of the Republic of Kosovo to Bangladesh, Mr. Luljim Plana, paid a courtesy call and breakfast meeting with the party’s Ameer Dr. Shafiqur Rahman at the central office of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami in Bashundhara, the capital, on Monday (October 6, 2025) morning.

At the beginning of the meeting, Ambassador Luljim Plana inquired about the health of Jamaat Ameer Dr. Shafiqur Rahman and wished him a speedy full recovery. In this meeting, held in a cordial atmosphere, both discussed the overall situation in Bangladesh, the mutual relations between Bangladesh and Kosovo, and various issues related to mutual interests.

In the meeting, the Ambassador expressed hope that Kosovo will continue to provide strong support to Bangladesh in the future. Present on behalf of Jamaat-e-Islami were party Secretary General and former MP Professor Mia Golam Parwar, Assistant Secretary General and Head of the Central Publicity and Media Department Advocate Ehsanul Mahbub Zubair.
