Khulna Metropolitan Police (KMP) Commissioner Mohammad Zahidul Hasan has been nominated as the Vice President of the Central Executive Committee of Bangladesh Police Service Association.
Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) Commissioner Mosleh Uddin Ahmed was elected as the President and Dhaka District Police Superintendent Shamima Parveen as the General Secretary on May 13. The full committee of the association was formed on Wednesday (July 8, 2026).
The other co-chairmen of the committee are Additional IGP (Administration) AKM Awlad Hossain, Additional IGP (Finance) Akram Hossain, Additional IGP (SB) Sardar Nurul Amin, Additional IGP (Highway Police) Faruk Ahmed, Gazipur Metropolitan Police Commissioner Israel Hawlader, SB DIG Mir Ashraf Ali, Rangpur Range DIG Aminul Islam, Sylhet Range DIG Zillur Rahman, Rangpur Metropolitan Police Commissioner Abdul Mabud and KMP Commissioner Mohammad Zahidul Hasan.
Meanwhile, KMP officials congratulated KMP Commissioner Mohammad Zahidul Hasan on being nominated as the vice-chairman of the central executive committee of the Bangladesh Police Service Association.
