Khatme Quran and Doa Mahfil held at FBCCI for the forgiveness of the soul of former Prime Minister Begum Khaleda Zia

A Khatme Quran and Doa Mahfil was held at the FBCCI building in the capital on Thursday (January 1, 2026) at the initiative of the Anti-Discrimination Reform Council, FBCCI, to seek the forgiveness of the soul of the former three-time Prime Minister, the recently deceased Begum Khaleda Zia.

In the doa mahfil, the forgiveness of the departed soul of the late Begum Khaleda Zia was sought and special prayers were offered for the restoration of peace, stability and democracy in the country and the nation.

The event was attended by the Convener of the Anti-Discrimination Reform Council, FBCCI, Zakir Hossain Nayan, Member Secretary Md. Zakir Hossain, Advisor Gias Uddin Khokon, along with leaders of various political, social and business organizations, religious devotees and dignitaries.
