Home Minister Salahuddin Ahmed extended his heartfelt greetings and congratulations to the entire countrymen, including his constituency Cox’s Bazar-1 (Chakaria-Pekua) constituency, on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr.
In his greeting message, the Minister said, after a long month of fasting, the holy Eid-ul-Fitr has returned to us with a message of joy and celebration. Eid teaches a unique lesson of peace, compassion and brotherhood. He expressed hope that this joy of Eid will bring unwavering happiness and peace to everyone’s lives, regardless of the rich or poor.
Salahuddin Ahmed further said, “Let our Eid pledge be to build a happy and prosperous Bangladesh bound by the bonds of equality and harmony.” He called on everyone to work unitedly for the welfare of the country and the nation, reflecting the glory of sacrifice.
At this time, he wished the countrymen good health, longevity, and prosperity, and expressed the hope that everyone would be able to celebrate Eid in a safe and joyful atmosphere.
