On the occasion of Great Victory Day 2024, Home Affairs Advisor Lieutenant General Md. Jahangir Alam Chowdhury (Retd.) paid tribute to the martyred police members who sacrificed their lives in the great liberation war by placing a wreath at the Police Memorial at Rajarbagh Police Lines in the capital on Monday (December 16, 2024) morning.
A smart police team saluted during the tribute. Then the bugle sounded.
Special Assistant to the Principal Advisor for the Ministry of Home Affairs Md. Khoda Bakhas Chowdhury, Inspector General of Police (IGP) Baharul Alam, Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) Commissioner Sheikh Md. Sajjat Ali and RAB Director General AKM Shahidur Rahman were present at the time.
