Home Affairs Adviser visits Bangladesh Embassy in Doha, Qatar

Home Affairs Adviser Lieutenant General Md. Jahangir Alam Chowdhury (Retd.) visited the Bangladesh Embassy in Doha, the capital of Qatar, today, Sunday (October 19, 2025).

Upon his arrival at the Bangladesh Embassy in Doha, he was welcomed by Bangladesh Ambassador Mohammad Hazrat Ali Khan.

The Adviser visited the Passport and Visa Wing of the Embassy and inquired about the activities there. In particular, he visited the ongoing e-passport service provision activities there.

During the visit, the Adviser spoke to various service recipients. He listened carefully to their various problems and difficulties and provided necessary instructions to the concerned to resolve them. The Advisor also gave instructions to the embassy officials and employees to ensure that the service recipients are provided with the highest level of service and are not subjected to any kind of harassment.

Officials and employees of various levels of the embassy were present at the time.
