Home Advisor’s Tribute at Rajarbagh Police Memorial

Interim Government Home Affairs Advisor Lieutenant General Md. Jahangir Alam Chowdhury (Retd.) on Monday (August 19) morning paid tribute to the martyred policemen of the Great Liberation War by laying wreaths at the Police Memorial of Rajarbagh Police Lines in the capital.

Later, the Home Advisor visited the Rajarbagh Central Police Hospital to see the policemen injured in the recent anti-discrimination student movement. He spoke to the injured policemen and inquired about their treatment. He gave necessary instructions to all concerned to ensure better medical care for the injured policemen.

At that time Bangladesh Police IGP Md. Moinul Islam NDC, RAB Director General AKM Shahidur Rahman PPM, NDC, Dhaka Metropolitan Police Commissioner Md. Mainul Hasan PPM, NDC and other senior police officers were present.
