Hands-on training with Japanese equipment & Trainers begins at TTTI, Savar Dhaka

Intensive hands-on training with experienced and specialized trainers, Japanese language teachers, and training materials collected from Japan has begun formally on Tuesday at Savar, Dhaka,

Jointly organized by Hitech Corporation LLC (Japan) and Heartful Limited (Bangladesh), in collaboration with Trust Technical Training Institute (TTTI), the three-month high-quality training program began at TTTI’s training center in Savar.

Nearly one hundred trainees registered in the first batch, are participating in this training as part of a long-term training plan specifically designed to create opportunities for young people aspiring for high-quality jobs in Japan.

Tomohiro Yoshida, Managing Director of Hitech Corporation LLC (Japan) and the Director of Trust Technical Training Institute officially inaugurated the training program.

The expert trainers from Japan include Japanese language trainer, Hiromi Yamaguchi, Japanese scaffolding trainer, Sakuta Masaki, Director of Hyperlink Skills Business Cooperative Association, Japan, Luo Gui Zhen, and Brigadier General Md. Omar Farooq, Director of Trust Technical Training Institute, spoke at the event.

Tomohiro Yoshida said in his speech that “Bangladesh has a large number of young people with indomitable willpower and unlimited potential, but due to limited training opportunities by Japanese standards, they have not had much opportunity to develop their skills in Japan, to address this challenge, we the Hi-Tech Corporation Japan and Trust Technical Training Institute, have jointly organized this training”.

Mr. Murad Hasan Zenith, Managing Director of Heartful Limited (Bangladesh), presented the keynote speech highlighting various aspects of Bangladeshi employment opportunities, problems and prospects in Japan.
He said, “We are committed to promoting legal and ethical migration routes. Our organization, ‘Heartful’, will provide comprehensive support, starting from the visa process, to settling in Japan, including bringing family members to Japan.”

One of the goals of this training is to address the acute labor shortage in Japan’s construction industry and ensure better career opportunities for Bangladeshi youth, he added. He said that under the guidance of skilled trainers from Japan who have come to our training course, participants will be able to acquire international standard skills.

Those who successfully complete the training will have the opportunity to directly work in Japanese companies, which will provide them with a guaranteed career path. The speakers also said that the aim of this program is to solve the labor shortage in Japan’s construction industry and to open up new avenues for Bangladeshi youth to build a future. This project is a huge opportunity for both countries.
