GMP Police Commissioner Md. Israil Howlader gives election instructions to police forces to ensure fair elections in Gazipur

Gazipur Correspondent:

An election briefing organized by Gazipur Metropolitan Police (GMP) has been held to ensure the safe and fair organization of the 13th National Parliament Election and Referendum-2026. The briefing held at the BRT ground was presided over by Police Commissioner Mr. Md. Israil Howlader.

In the briefing, the Commissioner provided necessary guidelines to police officers and forces in performing election duties. He particularly highlighted the importance of maintaining law and order, ensuring security at polling stations, and working responsibly and professionally. In addition, he instructed all assigned police members to perform their duties with honesty, integrity, and professionalism.

Additional Police Commissioner (Crime and Operations) Mr. Taherul Haque Chauhan, all Deputy Police Commissioners, Assistant Deputy Police Commissioners, Officers-in-Charge and all police officers and forces engaged in election duty were present at the event.
