FICCI and Mind Mapper Bangladesh Sign Agreement for Leadership Development Programs

The Foreign Investors’ Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Mind Mapper Bangladesh to implement leadership development programs.

The MoU was signed on Thursday (18 September) at the FICCI office in Dhaka by Ala Uddin Ahmad, Member of FICCI Board of Directors, and Ejazur Rahman, Managing Director & Lead Coach of Mind Mapper Bangladesh and CEO of ISCEA Asia.

Under this partnership, Mind Mapper Bangladesh will serve as FICCI’s knowledge partner, designing and delivering customized, future-focused training programs to address market skill gaps. This initiative will help professionals in Bangladesh gain the skills and insights required to succeed in today’s dynamic business environment.

Speaking at the event, Ala Uddin Ahmad, Member of FICCI Board of Directors, said: “This partnership will enable us to provide rich and tailored training for professionals and aspiring leaders. Beyond FICCI member companies, the wider corporate and business community will benefit from the expertise of industry leaders and specialized trainers. We aim to harness global best practices to further strengthen the country’s human capital.”

Another Member of the FICCI Board of Directors, Rubaba Dowla, stated: “The FICCI Leadership Academy reflects our commitment to developing future leaders in Bangladesh. Through this initiative, we seek to bridge skill gaps, foster innovation, and empower professionals to thrive in a rapidly evolving business world.”

Meanwhile, Ejazur Rahman, Managing Director & Lead Coach of Mind Mapper Bangladesh, remarked: “This partnership marks an exciting new chapter for us. It’s about combining strengths to create real impact for professionals and organizations in Bangladesh and beyond. We are thrilled to embark on this journey together.”

Senior officials from both FICCI and Mind Mapper Bangladesh attended the signing ceremony.
