Dibakar Dominic D’Souza joins Pan Pacific Sonargaon Dhaka as new General Manager

Mr. Dibakar Dominic D’Souza has joined the five-star hotel Pan Pacific Sonargaon Dhaka as the new General Manager. He has over two decades of experience in the international hospitality industry.

Mr. D’Souza has held key leadership positions in leading luxury hotels in the US, Luxembourg, Japan, China and Qatar. He has held senior positions in world-renowned brands such as St. Regis, Westin, Sheraton, Conrad Hotels & Resorts and Radisson.

During his career, he has been recognized for his operational excellence, pre-opening management, financial management and team-motivating leadership. During his tenure as General Manager of Conrad Hotels & Resorts, Indianapolis, he achieved significant operational and commercial success and maintained the highest standards of guest service.

Taking on the new role, Mr. D’Souza said he wants to make the hotel’s operations more dynamic and modern through innovation, team development and service quality improvement. Those concerned are hopeful that under his leadership, Pan Pacific Sonargaon Dhaka will see positive changes in its overall operations and the guest service experience will reach new heights.
