As part of strengthening overall security during the Sharadiya Durga Puja, Commander Dhaka Naval Area, Rear Admiral Abdullah-Al-Maqsoos, visited several puja mandaps in Shahinbag area of the capital today on Tuesday (September 30, 2025).
During his visit, he exchanged greetings with the chief priest, members of the organizing committees, and devotees. He also inspected the on-ground preparations and security measures to ensure smooth and peaceful celebrations.
The Bangladesh Navy reaffirmed its commitment to safeguarding public security, ensuring the peaceful observance of religious festivals, and upholding interfaith harmony across the country.
